Do I have to do anything? No,
sometimes called the
'lazy mans yoga" the client is encouraged to not assist or resist even in transition, therefore a deeper level of relaxation is achieved then with western massage.

How often should I do Thai? The body was meant to be in motion and stretching is good to do every day, so as often as you like, or need which will lessen as body awaeness and muscle memory increases.

Do I need to wear clothes? Yes Thai moves the body in an out of many yoga postures making it difficult not to exspose the client. Clothing is requied so that drapping is not necessary which would interrupt the flow.

Is it just stretching? No Thai has its own special massage techniques that can be used without oil and through clothing that are very soothing, and relaxing.

Does Thai Masage hurt? Like any massage the intensity of stretch or pressue can always be adjusted to the clients comfortable level. Thai massage does have the capabilities to be one of the deepest massage if requested.
